5 Easy Vegan Smoothies/Juices to Get You Going!

Hello! It’s Me …. No I’m not about to start singing Adele to you.

But I am about to introduce you to 5 of my Favorite Vegan smoothies/juices!

I LOVE every one of these, they are easy to rustle up, tasty and extremely good for you!! Full of all the necessary vitamins and minerals to boost you metabolism, clear your skin and cleanse your beautiful souls!

Greena Colada

 This smoothie packs a big green punch with tons of Iron, Potassium, Vitamin A B2 C & K!! It’s great for digestion, filling and refreshing. I would recommend drinking this in the morning! 

3 Generous Handfuls Spinach

2 Large Bananas

1/4 Fresh Pineapple

1 Cup  Coconut Milk (tinned or carton)

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

Sunblushed

Drinking this will transport you straight to the imaginary tropical island of your choice! With tons of dietary Fiber, Antioxidants, Vitamin C and Pectin to help lower Cholesterol, this smoothie with have you feeling and looking great in no time! 

1/2 Mango

1 Large Orange

1 Passionfruit

1/4 Pineapple

2 Pitted Fresh Apricots

1 Cup Filtered Water

Meanie Greenie

Not a fan of eating any thing green? The beauty of these smoothies is that you can throw a TON of greens in them, and add a dash of something a bit acidic like Lemon, Pineapple, Lime or Orange and it takes that Greeny taste right out of it! 

3 handfuls Spinach

3 handfuls Kale (stems removed)

1 Tbsp Barleygrass

1/4 Cucumber

1/4 Pineapple

1 Cup Filtered Water

Thumper

I loved that little rabbit from Bambi so much so that I decided to name one of my all time favorite juices after it! Thumper is a simple blend of raw fresh carrot juice with a hint of lemon. I recommend using Organic carrots as they tend to taste sweeter and contain no nasites!  

The Juice of 3 Large Carrots

The Juice of 1 Lemon

Purple Rain

The power of the beetroot is strong! And the benefits are Amazing! Beetroot contains something called Betalain which is a powerful antioxidant, fungicidal  and anti-inflammatory. I recommend only having 1 of these a week as you do not need much to reap the full benefits of the Beetroot! 

1 Fresh Beetroot | Juiced

Juice of 1 Lemon (to hide the beetroot, optional)

3 Handfuls of Spinach

2 Large Red Apples | Juiced
