FOLLOW MY 30 DAY VEGAN WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY…

Welcome to day 2 my vegan babies (or not yet vegan babies if you are considering)

I felt the full wrath of the junk food monster last night, luckily we have already eaten all the crap, processed, sugary vegan snacks in the house so I had nothing to binge on.

Which is good, but also tough… from my experience with dieting and cutting out junk food, it takes a few days before the cravings start to disappear and eventually after a few weeks I crave fruit and other healthy snacks over crisps, Oreo’s and buckets of passion fruit sorbet!

BREAKFAST

Mango & Pineapple smoothie/juice

1 banana, 1 large orange around 11am 

Peppermint Tea & 500ml water

I say smoothie/juice because this was purely pineapple and watermelon, it wasn’t quite a smoothie but also wasn’t liquid enough to be called a juice… it was bloody delicious though!


Lunch & Snacks

Green Tea

I feel like eating mostly raw today… mango and passion fruit is one of my favorite combinations. And those cacao crunch Nakd bars are do die for!


Gym

Today I focused on my upper body, I felt very tired yesterday at the gym due to the mattress in our new apartment being a liiitle to firm for my liking and not having a good enough night’s sleep… anyway I digress, I didn’t get a great workout yesterday and did no upper body

So today I will be hitting the lats, chest & abs

All topped off with a delicious Banana, Date, Cacao & Pea Protein smoothie, YUM!


Dinner

Tofu scramble with baked “cheesy kale”

I made WAY too much noodle soup yesterday so I am having to eat the leftovers today (and probably for the rest of my life) good thing it’s tasty!
