Hello again, if you have been following this food diary every day this week I applaud and thank you for taking the time to read my content.
I hope that some of you are getting some good vegan meal ideas from these posts, and if you have any suggestions for vegan meals that make you say “Yaaaas Kween!” when you put them in your mouth, then please do let me know either in the comments below or on any of my other social media platforms! @raelikesfroot
On another note, I apologise that some of the images I have been taking are not “blogger standard” I work a full time 9-5 job 5 days a week which means I can’t exactly set up a whole food photo shoot every time I eat a meal in the office… that would be weird af.
But just keep in mind that due to having more free time & the privacy of my own home, the food on the weekends will be as tasty looking as they are tasting … If ya know what I mean
Let’s do this Sh***
Chocolate & Banana Bulgar wheat protein porridge (recipe below)
Take 1 cup of plant based milk, add a scoop of any vegan protein powder & 1 tbsp of cacao, blend until smooth.
Add blended milk to 1/2 cup of Bulgar wheat and turn up the heat, when it hits boiling point bring the heat down to a simmer and stir in 1 tsp coconut sugar (or agave/date nectar)
Stir occasionally until Bulgar is soft and serve with some cheeky bananas on top
